This section explains how to leave feedback on our platform. Follow the steps to share your thoughts, report issues, or suggest improvements. Your input is important and helps us improve the platform and enhance the user experience.

Step 1: Open the Feedback Section

To start, access the platform and click on the "comment" icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Submit your Feedback

A feedback window will display, presenting several feedback type choices and a section for more detailed input. The feedback types are:

  • Request a Feature - Suggest the development of a new feature you believe should be added to the platform.

  • Suggest an Improvement - Recommend enhancements to existing features.

  • Report a Bug - Report any issues or bugs in the platform that need to be addressed.

  • Report a Security Issue - Report security vulnerabilities that may pose a risk.

We will review your feedback as soon as possible and update you accordingly if required.
