Invite Users

This section explains how to invite new users to a project. Based on the permissions you assign, these users can access the findings report, apply fixes, download documents, and perform other actions.

Step 1: Access the Share Menu

To begin, click the "Share" menu on the right to view current project members. The "Add User" button will appear.

Note that you can add up to five members to a project. Once you reach this limit, the "Add User" button will disappear.

Step 2: Fill in the Details

After clicking the "Add User" button, a form will appear with the following fields:

  • First Name: The first name of the invited user

  • Last Name: The last name of the invited user

  • Email: The corporate email address of the invited user

  • Role: Choose from Admin, Team Member, or Viewer (options depend on your permission level)

After completing all fields, click the "Add" button to send the invitation and grant the user access to the report.

Step 3: The Invited User’s Perspective

After sending the invitation, the user will receive an email from "do-not-reply@clear-gate.com". This email will inform the invited user about the invitation to participate in the fixing plan and provide a project access link. The link is valid for 60 minutes.

To remove a member from the project or change his details, please contact us via the relevant IM channel (e.g., Slack, Teams) or send us an email to projects@clear-gate.com
