Q: Why can't I ask for a retest?
A: Ensure all findings have been assigned a proper status and remark and the progress is marked as 100% for all items, including low-risk findings.
Q: Why can't I invite new users to my project?
A: This might be because you need higher permission levels (e.g., admin or team member), or the project may already have a maximum of five members.
Q: When should I expect a response after asking a retest?
A: You can expect a response from us within five business days.
